Therapy is a financial investment and requires your time and energy. I encourage my clients to invest in themselves and lend their whole self to the process of therapy. I take your investment very seriously and also invest in you. I meet you where you are at... and give 100% of my commitment, education, clinical training and experience to helping you. I reserve a time just for you to work on your specific needs.
I also spend time behind the scenes and outside of sessions to prepare for you and serve you better, including: researching, treatment planning, gathering materials and resources to cover in sessions, learning, collaborating with your Doctor or Psychiatrist (with your authorization, if you consent to our collaboration) and continuous learning and training to stay in tune with the latest research, developments and technologies in the field of psychology and evidenced based treatments.
You are worth every part of this investment. Invest in yourself, your family and your future.
My fees are based on competitive rates in the state of California and may vary on type of therapy and session length. In order to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and to prevent any constraints in your duration of treatment or length of sessions by managed care, I am an out of network provider, meaning I do not accept insurance. I choose to work with you and your family and not for insurance companies. Each treatment is 100% tailored to your specific needs and not under rigid guidelines of insurance companies.
However, to help keep services feasible, I can provide Superbills upon request, so that treatment may be partially or fully reimbursed by insurance. Reimbursement may depend on out of network benefits. (typically PPO plans)
Please contact me with any questions regarding fees or insurance.
