Did you know that according to all laws of aerodynamics, bees shouldn't be able to fly? It is said to be impossible as their bodies are too big and portly and their wings are too small to lift themselves off of the ground. Nevertheless, the bee flies anyway.
The science behind bee flight argues that yes, a bee can fly because they fly in a different way. They flap their tiny wings back and forth, instead of up and down, like other insects. Bees must flap their wings at 230 times per second to lift their bodies off the ground. They actually create a type of mini hurricane with their wings using vortices in the air.
Bees also carry pollen and nectar on their bodies, which can weigh them down significantly, sometimes what they carry weighs as much as their entire body weight.
When life hands you difficulties and struggles that seem impossible...Fly anyway. When your wings are so heavy, and you are carrying all that weighs you down...think of the bee. Pivot, try something different, create your own mini hurricane vortex and learn new ways to fly. Accept no impossibilities from yourself ... and Fly Anyway.... Let us help you remember the strength of your wings and the power of your flight.

Unfortunately, healing is not a linear process, meaning you don't get well and rise in a straight, consistent line upward.
Healing is kind of like the pattern of a bee. Have you ever seen the depiction of a bee flight pattern? Those little dashes that follow behind the bee? They go up, down and all around and sometimes even upside down, then back UP again.
That's how healing is...There will be times you feel up, then down, then up again. Sometimes, there will be definite times when you feel completely upside down... when that happens.. just wait...be patient... because you will come back around again and rise. Healing is a process, it's a journey and even though it sometimes has a a twisty path, have hope and do not give up. Just when you think you can't get lower, or you're upside down, look up... because that's where you're going.
Bee Well.
